Howells Leisure offers a wide choice of superb caravan holiday homes all with:
Shower, flush toilet, hot and cold water, refrigerator, full size gas cooker, microwave, colour television, toaster and gas fire.
To help you decide on the right caravan, we have developed our own method of evaluating the standard of each class of Caravan Holiday Home based on the newness of each caravan, standard of interior furnishing and layout, comfort and exterior condition. The higher the number of stars the better the holiday accommodation.
The pictures show a typical holiday home in each class. You will appreciate however that not all caravans in the same class will look exactly the same as the manufacturer’s exterior design, internal layout and colour schemes will vary.

BED LINEN: Available at £5.00 per bed per week includes 1 flat sheet, duvet cover and 1 or 2 pillowcases. On collection of bed linen a £10.00 refundable payment may be required in addition to the hire charge. This payment covers bed linen for all beds and is refundable when the bed linen is handed back prior to departure. The Hire Charge is non-refundable. EARLY ARRIVALS: Because of cleaning and checking requirements the usual time for arrivals is 3.00pm. However we can arrange a limited number of caravans to be made available earlier: Arrival time: 11.00am - 12.00pm Extra charge £12.00; 12.00pm - 1.00pm Extra charge £10.00; 1.00pm - 2.00pm Extra charge £7.00. Please enter your arrival time on the booking form and enclose payment.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: £10.00 per caravan per week payable with deposit. The hirer has a legal obligation to pay the balance of rent. To assist in relieving the expenses that can arise when late cancellations are necessary due to causes referred to below, we advise you to take out Cancellation Insurance. The scheme covers the repayment of the balance if the hirer or a member of the party is unable to occupy the holiday home. We will refund the balance and no further money need be paid whether the holiday home is re-let or not. The scheme covers cancellation due to serious illness, accident or death of any member of the party listed on the booking form. The scheme does NOT cover the illness, accident or death of any person not a member of the listed party, illness or accident insufficiently serious to prevent the person from taking the holiday, alteration of the holiday dates, posting away or abroad or maternity. Under this scheme, cancellation will be accepted up to 48 hours before the date of commencement of your booking. If less than 48 hours notice is given either by telephone, fax or letter the scheme will only apply if we are able to re-let the holiday home when full refund will be made subject only to an administration charge. Cancellation must be in writing, and sent by recorded delivery.
DEPOSIT: £45.00 per week or the full payment if booking is made within 28 days of your holiday start date. This is payable by cheque, credit card, switch, solo, cash or postal order.
VERY IMPORTANT: ANY SPECIAL REQUESTS MUST BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON YOUR CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT, BALANCE AND FULL REMITTANCE LETTER.
